Whitney Harper (she/her) offers timely and tangible conflict resolution services to meet your needs. With over 15 years of conflict resolution practitioner experience involving family mediations, negotiations, restorative justice conferences, and community building circles, Whitney strives to hold space for constructive communication and collective solution creation with individuals and groups.

Additionally, she has designed and facilitated trainings for small and large groups of varying lengths for the past 10 years. Whitney is experienced with a variety of stakeholder groups including young people, families, victims and survivors of crimes, educators, school administrators, law enforcement agencies, defense and prosecution attorneys, community organizations, and residential property managers.

Whitney is a staunch advocate for transparent dialogue, accountability, and encouraging pathways towards healing and reparation when harms have occurred.
